Session 1: Measuring your technology investment to achieve desired performance in accident prevention

11:00 BRT | 7:00 MST (UTC-7)

Through user cases we will show that achieving zero harm depends on more than just choosing and implementing technology. Knowing the level of integration between solutions and its affect on operating and maintenance costs is also important. So too is understanding how operators, supervisors and mine management will interact with solutions to reduce the risk of accidents in multiple risk scenarios. Our presentation will explain how future success depends on an execution plan that transforms technology benefits into the mine's value chain via KPIs, processes and responsibilities.
